1. Why do you declare your system is a link exchange system?

   We believe (link exchange == link sale + link purchase). We set up an efficient system to do the bulk link trading.

2. Why do you declare your link exchange system is very efficient?

   How much time on average does one spend in exchange one link? When we talk about the time, it includes 2 parts: a) You find some one to handshake with. b) Open your web application and add their links. In normal case, it may tak up to one hour for doing one link exchange. But in our system, if you do bulk link trading, it will take you less than one minute for one link.

3. What's the transaction fee for seller?

   We charge seller 25% commission fee for all transactions.

4. What's the transaction fee for buyer?

   Absolutely zero commission fee.

5. I make a purchase, but my account balance doesn't change. Why?

   It takes up to 3 days to finalize a deal.

6. I make a payment, but my ads doesn't show up. Why?

   It takes up to 3 days for us to set up the ads. Most of time, it should be set up in a few hours.

7. What does your monthly point rate mean?

   It means point rate in 30 days. The month is not the natural month.

8. When I purchase a link space, will my link show up in exactly 30 days?

   It is roughly 30 days. It takes time for us to set it up. But we try our best to make the time as accurate as possible.

9. How is the renewal policy?

   All purchase of link space gets automatically renewaled, unless the seller or buyer manually cancel the renewal or there are not enough points in the buyer's account.

10. When I purchase a link space, if my link is absent on that space, what will you do?

    We periodically check links. If we can't find links for a few times, we will simply refund to your account the points you paid.

11. How can I use the coupon?

    You will use the coupon for any link purchase or bidding automatically. Each coupon has an expiration date (roughly valid for 100 days). Since it takes us about 3 days to finalize a deal, You'd better use it 3 days before that date. You can't transfer your coupon to other users.

12. Some one registers with my coupon code, I don't get 10K points. Why?

    Make sure the IP address he/she registers with has not been used before.

13. Can I sell my account point balance for US dollars?

    You can post a message at the point selling board. If some one agrees for the deal and arrange the payment with you. You can then use our transfer form to transfer your account balance to the buyer.

14. Can I sell my account point balance to linkubid.com?

    No! You can't sell points to us. You can only purchase points from us.

15. Do you receive credit card?

    We use paypal for receiving your fund. You need to have an account with http://www.paypal.com/. They will receive your credit card.

16. Can I purchase points with 1,000 USD?

    No, you can't. You have to purchase 10 times for the 100 USD option. Currently we don't have any plan other than the 3 options.

17. I am a seller, my pages get disabled, why?

    We disable all pages which can't be sold during the selling period. You can lower the selling points and activate the pages and we will put it to market again.

18. Are the Google PR accurate?

    We don't check if it is accurate. The sellers provide it. They are responsible for providing the correct information.

19. What script do you support in the Link Application?

    We support the common platforms. php, asp.net, vbscript, jsp, perl, ruby, python, tcl. If your favorate is not on the list, you can post in our forum. We might consider support your platform.

20. My website is static html without using any script, do you have a Link Application to support static html ?

    No, we don't support and will never support static html. However, if you rename the postfix .html to .php or .aspx which your web server can understand, then our link application will work on your platform.

21. I have followed the Readme.htm instruction, check the file permission and copy the code, but I still can't get ads to show up. Why?

    You should also go to our site and activate your site.

22. For the link application, I put that piece of code twice on the same page. What will happen? Will the Ad show twice on the page?

    The behavior is undefined. You should not do that.
